After arriving in Xining by plane or train from various places, take the world's highest altitude and longest route high-altitude aerobic train - the Qinghai Tibet train. After passing through Golmud, the train officially entered the Qinghai Tibet Plateau region. Along the way, it will pass through Kunlun Mountain, Kekexili, Tanggula Mountain, Tuotuo River, Yanshiping, Qiangtang, Cuona Lake, Dangxiong, Nianqing Tanggula Mountain, Yangbajing, and finally enter Lhasa City, with a total distance of 1956 kilometers. Along the way, the scenery is infinite and breathtaking, with sunshine, blue sky, white clouds, snow capped mountains, small streams, and deep blue lake water complementing each other. Train arrives in Lhasa - pick up at the station, check in at the hotel, and rest

On the first day of the itinerary, it is recommended to focus on rest, adapt to the high-altitude environment, and prepare for the subsequent itinerary. Slow down the pace of high-altitude operations to prevent altitude sickness!

Potala "is the transliteration of Putuo Luo, which means the palace where Bodhisattvas reside. It is a building integrating palaces, temples and stupas. It is also the ruling power center of the integration of politics and religion in old Xizang. It is divided into the Red Palace and the White House. The Red Palace is the spiritual tower hall and various Buddhist temples of successive Dalai Lamas;
Jokhang Temple, also known as "Zulakang", means "scripture hall" in Tibetan. It has a history of 1350 years and is the oldest temple in Lhasa. It is still the central temple of the entire Tibetan region with a high status. The temple houses a gilded statue of Shakyamuni Buddha at the age of 12, as well as statues of Songtsen Gampo, Princess Wencheng, and Princess Chizun. After visiting Jokhang Temple, you can feel the scene of Tibetan people lighting butter lamps and circling around Bajiao Street. The entire Bajiao Street echoes with the sound of the six character mantra "Om Mani Bami", which is magnificent and spectacular! After visiting Jokhang Temple, you can freely stroll around the more than 1300 year old Barkhor Street. Although it has gone through many vicissitudes, the old city style here is still intact, and the city life of Lhasa can be seen clearly here.

(2) During the peak tourist season, the visit time to the Potala Palace is randomly allocated by the management office through a computer, divided into Line 1 or Line 2, based on the designated tour route for the day.
(3) When visiting, all taboos of Tibetan Buddhism must be followed, such as not wearing hats, not wearing skirts, not taking photos after entering the palace (some "outdoor scenes" can be taken outside the palace), not stepping on thresholds, etc. All tourists are required to complete the visit within 1 hour, so please follow the tour guide closely inside the palace. The palace is relatively high, so walking up and down should be slow; It's chilly inside the hall, so even in summer, it's best to prepare a coat.

Lhasa - Yangzhuoyongcuo (one of the three holy lakes) - Karura Glacier - Baiju Temple - Shigatse

After breakfast, climb over the 4990 meter high Gangbala Pass along the Panshan Highway and arrive at the world's highest freshwater lake, the Yangzhuoyongcuo Observation Deck. Take a panoramic view of Yangzhuoyongcuo from the mountaintop. The deep blue lake water blends seamlessly with the sky, making it difficult to distinguish whether the sky is bluer or the lake is bluer. The lake has an elevation of 4441 meters, a shoreline of 250 kilometers, and an area of 638 square kilometers. The lake water is as clear as sheep fat, with a sweet taste that can be consumed directly. The deep blue lake is connected to the distant snow capped mountains, along with the colorful mountains on both sides, distinctive Tibetan villages, and scattered cattle and sheep, forming a unique painting. Having lunch at Langkazi and admiring the Karura Glacier on the way, it is like a sleeping ice beauty, crystal clear and blue, a great work of art carved by time. After passing through the heroic city of Jiangzi, visit the Baiju Temple. This temple is a collection of Tibetan Buddhist schools including Sakya, Shalu, and Gelug. It was first built in the second year of Xuande reign of Emperor Xuanzong of the Ming Dynasty (1427) and took 10 years to complete. It is a typical Tibetan Buddhist temple architecture that combines towers and temples. There are temples in the tower and towers in the temple, and the temples and towers are integrated and complement each other. Its architecture fully demonstrates the typical style of temple architecture in the late 13th century to the mid-15th century in Tibet. Shigatse Lazi Jiacuola Mountain Everest Base Camp Zaxi Zong/Dingri

After breakfast, drive to the world's highest peak, Mount Everest. On the way, pass by the stone monument at 5000 kilometers of National Highway 318 to check in. Then, hang a prayer flag at the north gate of Mount Everest, Mount Jiacuola, to pray for friends and family. Enjoy the unique natural scenery of Houcang along the way, transfer to the scenic area environmental protection car in Zhaxigang Township and enter the 'Everest Base Camp' to experience the soul baptism brought by Mount Everest. Mount Everest means "Holy Mother" in Tibetan, with an altitude of 8848.43 meters. It is the main peak of the the Himalayas, known as the "top of the earth", and a place where people can place their souls! The summit is covered in snow all year round, and from a distance, one can see the hanging glaciers and towering silver peaks, creating a sacred scene.

(2) Generally, there are prayer flags and white pagodas at high mountain passes. Prayer flags and white pagodas are sacred objects of the Tibetan people and must not be stepped on or crossed. When encountering prayer flags, one must crawl through them from below. It is strictly prohibited to take photos standing on the White Pagoda. Please respect local customs.

Fixed Day - Jiawula Mountain - Shigatse

[Travel Overview]:
Get up early to shoot the sunrise of Mount Everest, then drive past the Gawula Mountain Observation Deck, which is the only observation deck in the world where you can see five 8000 meter snow capped peaks (from left to right: Mount Makaru, Mount Lozi, Mount Everest, Mount Zhuooyou, and Mount Xixiabangma). Then drive ahead to check in at the hotel in Chitose.

Shigatse Tashilhunpo Monastery (where Panchen Lama resided throughout history) - Lhasa

After breakfast, visit the political and religious center of Houzang - Tashilhunpo Monastery, which has also been the residence of successive Panchen Lamas, meaning "Jixiang Sumeru Monastery", and is the largest temple in the Houzang region. It is known as the "Four Great Temples" of the Gelug sect of Tibetan Buddhism, along with the "Three Great Temples" in Lhasa (Ganden Monastery, Sera Monastery, and Drepung Monastery). The temple was built in 1447 and houses the world's largest indoor bronze statue of Qiangba, which is 26 meters high. After breakfast, you will arrive in Dangxiong, and then climb [Nagenla Mountain] (5190 meters above sea level) to the Tianhu Lake, one of the three holy lakes in Xizang -- [Namco]. It is the highest holy lake in the world, with an altitude of 4718 meters and an area of approximately 1920 square kilometers. Looking at the holy lake from afar, the water and sky merge into one color, the blue sky blends seamlessly with the blue lake, and the islands in the lake are scattered and varied. Standing on the Zhaxi Peninsula, in the distance are continuous snow capped mountains, endless grasslands in northern Tibet, colorful prayer flags fluttering in the wind, and ripples on the lake surface. The scenery is magnificent and breathtaking, and you can freely take photos and pose in various shapes.
Then drive back to Lhasa, and the scenery along the way is full of Xizang characteristics, snow capped mountains, blue sky, and the scenery of northern Tibet grassland.
