This is one of the best places for peach blossoms in Nyingchi. In March and April, Gala is full of peach blossoms. Surrounded by snow-capped mountains, the blooming peach blossoms stretch for miles, like a red sea of ​​clouds. The peach garden is surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the scenery of the Niyang River is in sight. The opposite green mountains are reflected in the water, and the snow-capped mountains in the distance are particularly enchanting. At the top of Sejila Mountain (4720 meters above sea level), if the weather is fine, you can see China's most beautiful mountain, Mount Namjagbarwa (7782 meters above sea level). The peak is covered with snow and mist all year round, and it is difficult to show its true face. October to May of the following year is the best time to see it. It is called a snow mountain where "meeting depends on fate" by many outdoor enthusiasts.

Nyingchi - Basongcuo (Red Sect Holy Lake) - Linla Expressway - Lhasa

The lake water is so clear that you can see schools of fish swimming two or three meters below. "Potala" is the transliteration of Putuo Luo, which is the palace where the Bodhisattva lives. The Jokhang Temple is a building that integrates palaces, temples and stupas. It is also the center of power in the old Tibet, which is a combination of politics and religion. It is divided into the Red Palace and the White Palace. The Red Palace is the stupa of successive Dalai Lamas and various Buddhist halls. The White Palace is the winter palace of the Dalai Lama and the office of the local government of Tibet in the old days.
[Jokhang Temple] Jokhang Temple is also known as "Zulakang", which means scripture hall in Tibetan. With a history of 1,350 years, it is the oldest temple in Lhasa and is still the central temple with a high status in the entire Tibetan area. The temple enshrines a life-size gilded statue of Sakyamuni at the age of 12, as well as statues of Songtsen Gampo, Princess Wencheng and Princess Chizun. (Feel the Tibetans lighting butter lamps in the Jokhang Temple and turning the prayer wheel around the Barkhor Street. The azure blue lake is connected to the snow-capped mountains in the distance, and there are mountains of various colors on both sides, unique Tibetan ethnic villages, and cattle and sheep everywhere. Then go down to the [Yanghu Lakeside] to get close to the holy lake and take crazy photos.

Have lunch in Langkazi, pass by the [Karola Glacier], the sleeping ice beauty, crystal blue, is a great work of art sculpted by time. Passing the heroic city of Gyangze, visit the [Baiju Temple], which is a temple where the Sakya, Shalu and Gelug sects of Tibetan Buddhism coexist. It was built in the second year of Xuande of Ming Xuanzong (1427) and took 10 years to complete. It is a typical Tibetan Buddhist temple building that combines pagodas and temples. There is a temple in the pagoda and a pagoda in the temple. The temple and pagoda are naturally integrated and complement each other. Its architecture fully represents the typical style of temple architecture in the rear Tibet area from the late 13th century to the mid-15th century. Arrive at the important town of rear Tibet - Shigatse (3,800 meters above sea level).

After breakfast, visit the political and religious center of the rear Tibet region - Tashilhunpo Monastery, which is also the residence of successive Panchen Lamas. It means "Auspicious Sumeru Temple" and is the largest temple in the rear Tibet region. It is collectively known as the "Four Great Temples" of the Gelug Sect of Tibetan Buddhism, along with the "Three Great Temples" of Lhasa, Ganden Monastery, Sala Monastery, and Drepung Monastery. The temple was built in 1447 and houses the world's largest indoor bronze statue of Qamba, which is 26 meters high. Visit the stupa halls of the 10th Panchen Lama, the 4th Panchen Lama, and the 5th to 9th Panchen Lamas in turn. Then return to Lhasa along the Lhasa-Richeo Expressway.
